+ What is the Design + Decoration Masterclass?
It's a 6-week online course that covers all you need to know about designing your home. At the end you will have an actionable masterplan for your home renovation or remodel project. It's like having an interior designer help you with your project in a course format, and at a fraction of the price.
+ How do I access the course content?
Once you enrol in the course, the email that you entered during checkout will be used to create your Teachable account. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Follow the onscreen prompts to create your password. You will also receive an email confirmation from Teachable that contains a link to the course. Don't forget to check your promotional folders or junk mail if you don't see it.
+ How do I access the Facebook group?
When you sign up for the course, you will be asked to send your Facebook username details to courses@nataliewalton.com This step is important if your username is different from the name you used to enrol in the course. Because it's a private group, you have to request to join the group. Simply go to Facebook.com/groups/designanddecorationmasterclass and click "Join group". You will be approved within 24 hours during the week.
+ What if I'm not on Facebook?
We completely understand if you don’t normally use Facebook, but we encourage you to take a look at the page. With the private group format, it is more of a forum where students can connect with one another and share work. However, joining the Facebook group is not a requirement of the course.
+ Can I go at my own pace?
The course is designed to run over 6 weeks, with new content released each week so you don't get overwhelmed. After that, you can access the content at any time, and you will have lifetime access to any future course updates, too.
+ Will I get direct feedback from Natalie?
To clarify, this is not a one-on-one consultation or coaching program with guaranteed individual feedback. Instead, it's an online group learning environment. Inside the course, and in weekly Live Q&A Sessions, Natalie shares her best advice and insights from more than 20 years' experience renovating, designing, decorating and styling interiors. Not only do you receive all of Natalie's knowledge within the curriculum, but you’ll also have the opportunity to receive feedback and advice within the private Facebook group community.
+ What's the difference between the D+D Masterclass and The Styling Masterclass?
The D+D Masterclass is designed to help you create a masterplan for any interior project that you're working on - so it's ideal if you're about to embark on a home renovation or remodel or want to make changes to your home. It is focussed on the options available to you to make physical changes to your home, and will help you decide on which selections to make. In contrast, The Styling Masterclass is more focussed on working with what you've already got and adding the finishing touches to any project.
